Pore Refining Toner

This toner has a fresh clean cucumber scent and is ideal for all skin types but especially  normal to combination skin. It contains 3% lactic acid, cranberry, apple, and honey extracts. Excellent as the second step post-cleansing to remove the last residual oil, and makeup, and to reset the skin’s pH.
